Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
• The product must be unworn and unwashed.
• All original tags must remain attached to the product.
• Important: The special security seal on the t-shirt must not be broken or tampered with. If the seal is found to be broken, the product will not be eligible for a return.
• The product must be in its original packaging.

• In your email, kindly include your Order ID and the reason for the return.
• Our customer support team will contact you within 24 hours to guide you through the next steps.
Refund or Exchange
• Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition (including the integrity of the security seal), we will process your refund or exchange.
• Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• If your payment has already been processed and you choose to return the product, instead of a direct refund you will receive a Gift Card of the same value.
• This Gift Card can be used to purchase any other clothing item from our website at your convenience.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Items purchased from the Final Sale or Clearance section.
• Any item with a broken or tampered security seal.
